They start with fresh Yorkshire milk and add our unique cheese-making starter cultures, which give them their distinctive flavour and texture. But there’s another secret ingredient that gives our cheese its rugged character: time. Unlike many of the cheeses you’ll find, ours are aged for long enough to let a distinctive depth of flavour develop. So if you’re wondering when lunch will be ready, it’ll be about 15 months.
